Jason Momoa Workout
Jason Momoa was cast to play the role of Conan in the remake of Arnold's classic. At 6'5" 215lbs, he certainly has the body for it. He's been in great shape throughout his career as evidenced by his Hawaii model of the year award. Now he's poised to become a breakout star. So how did he get in such great shape?

Jason Momoa's workout involved a lot of training to help him get lean, defined muscles. He trained with stunt coordinators from the Matrix and Bourne Ultimatum. They focused on increasing his fighting and martial arts abilities while teaching him swordfighting. These activities alone are enough to build a great body. Taken to the extreme like Jason did, he was able to add 10lbs of muscle. Training was anything but easy though. It took 6 weeks and 6 hours per day before he added this mass.

In addition to exercise, diet played an important role in Jason Momoa's fitness routine. Momoa included a very healthy diet that was optimized for mass gaining.

David Beckham Workout
David Beckham workout is structured to make him a better soccer player. He does a total body strength training routine with compound exercises. He avoids heavy lifting because he added too much mass which reduce his agility.

Tom Hardy Workout
Tom Hardy is star of Warrior and the upcoming Mad Max 4 film. He also played Charles Bronson. Here is his workout routine for each:
Tom Hardy Workout Routine for Bronson: Hardy had to add significant muscle mass for this role. He focused entirely on his upper body by doing chest, shoulder, and arm exercises.
Tom Hardy Workout Routine for Warrior: once again, Hardy had to add muscle mass. This time he did it through functional strength exercises, like a fireman’s carry of his trainer. He also performed martial arts training.

Advanced HIIT Training: High Intensity Interval Training Workouts
If you’re a regular reader of my site, it’s no secret that I’m a fan of high intensity interval training workouts. I generally advocate performing extremely intense short interval HIIT followed by steady state cardio followed by long interval HIIT for the best results. While I think this is an effective fat loss strategy, I’d like to discuss an alternative advanced HIIT training program that Rusty Moore (author of Visual Impact) wrote about on Fitness Black Book.
