Jason Statham, star of the Expendables, Death Race, the Transporter, and Crank maintains a lean body. Jason Statham workout routine consists of high intensity exercising.
First he does a 10 minute warmup. Then he does 10 minutes at medium intensity. He does this with heavy strength training, circuits, kettlebells, or medicine balls. He closes with some high intensity interval training to really burn fat. His preferred exercises for this part of the routine are ball slams, rope climbs, pullups, snappers, hanging knee raises, burpees, bear crawl, farmer walk, front squats, rope pulls, weighted stepups and other compound movements.
Jason Statham workout helped him get in shape, but diet is just as important. He tracked every calorie he ate, avoided refined sugar and flour, and ate a lot of protein and vegetables.
