Waist twists: 4 sets of 90 reps
Sit-up twists: 4 sets of 20 reps
Leg raises: 4 sets of 20 reps
Leaning twists: 4 sets of 50 reps
Frog kicks: 4 sets of 50 reps
Situps, leg raises, side bends, flags were also included
