Kellan Lutz workout involves circuit training where he performs one exercise and immediately performs another exercise after. He begins each workout with a brief 5 minute cardio routine. He performs the following circuit 3 times:
Reverse Crunches: 20 reps
V-Ups: 20 reps
BB Front Squats to Presses: 12 reps
Push Ups: 12 reps
Incline BB Press: 12 reps
Explosive Push Ups: 12 reps
DB Lunges: 12 reps
Goblet Squats: 12 reps
Lutz performs this circuit to fatigue but still maintains good form on each exercise. Additionally, Lutz used to overtrain his abs, doing hundreds of crunches each day. Now he simply incorporates core work into his circuit which has allowed him to build better abs. Kellan Lutz workout routine also included more leg training over time since his legs were too skinny.
