Manny Pacquiao Workout Routine
Manny Pacquiao is one of the world's top boxers. Manny Pacquiao workout routine includes heavy weight strength training, running, and of course lots of boxing. The day begins at 6am when Pacquiao runs and sprints for 45 minutes. Later in the day, he trains for 3 hours. As part of his training for boxing, Manny Pacquiao performs shadow boxing, footwork practice, punching the heavy bag, speed bag, and double bag, and then jumping rope. Pacquiao workout routine concludes with ab work that includes being hit in the stomach with a bamboo pole. He also does 1,400 crunches per day.
