Clean and Press
Bentover Rows
Jump Squats
4 sets, 6 reps, 135lb barbell

Front Raise
Arnold Press
Lateral Raise
Bentover Reverse Fly
4 sets, 10 reps, dumbbells

Rotator Cuff Cable Work
30-Minute Run

Chest
Power Cleans: 4 sets going from 135lbs to 405lbs
Incline Bench: 4 sets going from 135lbs to 315lbs

Chest Fly
Curls
Dips
4 sets

Cardio
30-45 minute run
30 minute swim

Back
Deadlifts: 4 sets going from 135lbs to 405lbs
Pullups: failure
Bentover Rows: 4 sets going from 135lbs to 185lbs
Hammer Strength Row: 4 sets, going from one plate on each side to 4-5 plates on each side
30 minute run

Legs
Squats: 4 sets going from 135lbs to 495lbs
Single-Leg Press: 4 sets going from one plate on each side to 5 plates
Hack Squats: 4 sets going from one plate on each side to 4-5 plates on each side
Leg Extensions/Leg Curls: 4 sets
Ab Roller: 100-200 reps
