50 Cent workout utilizes compound exercises with 45-60 seconds rest between sets.

50 Cent Workout Routine

Pushups: max in 60 seconds
Pull ups: 12-15 reps
Chin ups: 12-15 reps

Arnold Press: 12-15 reps
Seated Rows: 12-15 reps
Medicine Ball Toss: max in 30 seconds

DB Alternate Curls: 12-15 repswith Olympic bar
Dips: 12-15 reps
Medicine Ball Chops: max in 30 seconds

Cleans: 8-10 reps
Single Leg Squats: 12-15 reps
