David Beckham Workout

David Beckham workout is structured to make him a better soccer player. He does a total body strength training routine with compound exercises. He avoids heavy lifting because he added too much mass which reduce his agility.

David Beckham workout routine also includes plyometrics and endurance training. Soccer practice allows him to perform sprints and cardio. This high intensity interval training helps him burn a lot of fat. He also does bodyweight circuits.
