Laird Hamilton Workout Routine

Laird Hamilton workout involves:
Circuit training
Mountain biking
Sand training (sprints, pushups, lunges)
Water activity (surfing, etc)
Stand up paddling

Laird Hamilton workout routine each day:
Monday: 1 ½ to 2 hours of circuit training
Tuesday: 2 hour mountain bike ride followed by sand training and water activity
Wednesday: Circuit training, 1 ½ hour bike ride
Thursday: 2 ½ hour mountain bike ride followed by sand training and water activity
Friday: Circuit training, 1 ½ hour bike ride
Saturday: Day off
Sunday: 2 ½ hour mountain bike ride followed by sand training and water activity
