Silva Workout

Anderson Silva workout includes 5 days of training. He begins his workout with 40 minutes of running. He then does weight training, sparring, and technique training.

Anderson Silva workout routine for weight training includes circuits. He does these 4 days per week, 2 hours at a time. Each individual circuit is 30 minutes with a brief rest in between.

For technique training, Silva divides his routine by day. He trains Jiu-Jitsu on Monday, Muay Thai on Tuesday, boxing on Wednesday, and does combo and repetition training on Thursday and Friday.

His sparring routine is 2 days a week.
