Tom Hardy is star of Warrior and the upcoming Mad Max 4 film. He also played Charles Bronson. Here is his workout routine for each:
Tom Hardy Workout Routine for Bronson: Hardy had to add significant muscle mass for this role. He focused entirely on his upper body by doing chest, shoulder, and arm exercises.
Tom Hardy Workout Routine for Warrior: once again, Hardy had to add muscle mass. This time he did it through functional strength exercises, like a fireman’s carry of his trainer. He also performed martial arts training.
Tom Hardy Workout Routine for Mad Max 4: this time Hardy had to cut 30lbs. He did this through a strict one meal per day diet. He’s now performing a 7 day routine that includes fight training to get a lean, muscular appearance like that of a hungry wolf.
