Will Smith Workout Routine

Will Smith workout for Ali consisted of boxing and weight lifting. He did this routine 5 days a week for 6 hours a day. He gained 35lbs of muscle for this role.

In I Robot, Will Smith workout routine also had to add muscle mass. He performed a similar 5 day routine that involved 1-2 body parts per day along with boxing twice per week. During the 6 months of training, he went from 12% to 7% body fat and added 85lbs to his bench press.

Will Smith's workout for I Am Legend helped him get really lean. He lost 20lbs for this role. It was relatively easy for Smith as he is dedicated in the gym. Instead of overloading his diet like he did for Ali and I Robot, all he had to do was eat healthy and watch the pounds come off.
