Jason Momoa was cast to play the role of Conan in the remake of Arnold's classic. At 6'5" 215lbs, he certainly has the body for it. He's been in great shape throughout his career as evidenced by his Hawaii model of the year award. Now he's poised to become a breakout star. So how did he get in such great shape?
Jason Momoa Workout
Jason Momoa's workout involved a lot of training to help him get lean, defined muscles. He trained with stunt coordinators from the Matrix and Bourne Ultimatum. They focused on increasing his fighting and martial arts abilities while teaching him swordfighting. These activities alone are enough to build a great body. Taken to the extreme like Jason did, he was able to add 10lbs of muscle. Training was anything but easy though. It took 6 weeks and 6 hours per day before he added this mass.
Jason Momoa Diet
In addition to exercise, diet played an important role in Jason Momoa's fitness routine. Momoa included a very healthy diet that was optimized for mass gaining.
